Client Brief: Perched high above Hyde Park, this prime London rooftop terrace demanded a safety solution that wouldn’t compromise its stunning panoramic views. BGS Limited was commissioned to design, manufacture and install a fully bespoke glass balustrade system that delivers both elegance and security.

Our Solution: We supplied and fitted a sleek, frameless glass balustrade using 17.5mm toughened laminated glass, engineered to meet safety regulations while maintaining a barely-there visual impact. Every panel was tailored to fit the angular lines and stepped sections of the existing terrace structure, ensuring a precise, integrated finish.

The installation maximises transparency, creating a safe and stylish outdoor living space that feels completely open to the skyline. Stainless steel stand-off fixings were used for a discreet, modern appearance, allowing uninterrupted views of Hyde Park from end to end.
